Yoga that listens before it leads
The work spans a wide spectrum of classes — from ultra-subtle, trauma-informed
somatic yoga to fascia-focused movement, mobility work, and immersive hatha,
vinyasa, yin, and gentle asana practices.
A practice shaped by the moment, not a fixed sequence
Classes are 60–70 minutes and held with a consistently mindful, attentive approach,
where breath, awareness, and inner sensing meet with my detailed cueing.
Each session also includes a short mindfulness meditation, allowing the body and
nervous system to fully integrate the practice.
From the moment a client steps onto the mat, the session is shaped by attentive observation and
real-time responsiveness — creating a grounded space where ease precedes effort.
For those who wish to deepen the experience, an optional sound healing session can be
added at the end of the class for an additional fee.
