Fascia-informed approach
Ceren Cuci began her path in healing practices with Reiki
in 2005 and yoga in 2007.
She completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2010 and continued
her studies with internationally recognized teachers including Godfrey Devereux, Bryan Kest, Chris Chavez, and Jason Crandell.
Over time her work gradually shifted away from externally imposed
alignment systems toward anatomy-informed, experience-based guidance. Rather than teaching fixed sequences, she supports individuals in understanding their own structure, capacity, and internal sensing.
During advanced yoga studies, the role of touch and hands-on guidance became turning point in her path. This curiosity led her to India, where she studied different massage traditions and began developing her own integrative bodywork approach. A serious car accident later changed her relationship with the body even more profoundly.
Losing vision in one eye and experiencing spinal trauma led her to explore healing not only physically but also energetically, emotionally, and relationally.
During this period she studied Nonviolent Communication, sound healing, somatic yoga, and yin yoga. Years later, after developing frozen shoulder and chronic pain patterns, her research deepened further through myofascial release and fascia-informed movement. This work revealed how profoundly connective tissue shapes our physical organization, perception of tension, and capacity for recovery.
Ceren has worked internationally as a yoga teacher and bodyworker in locations including the Seychelles and the Caribbean, supporting people from diverse backgrounds and physical conditions.
Today her work integrates movement, touch, nervous system regulation, and awareness practices. Rather than focusing on correction, her approach supports the body’s natural capacity to reorganize when the right condition.
